FRIDAY

  1. THE VENDOR GATE WILL OPEN FOR VENDORS AT 5:00 A.M. UNTIL 12:00 NOON
  3. THE VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED AT 12:00 NOON UNTIL 4:00 P.M. NO VENDOR ENTRY ALLOWED. PUBLIC FOOT TRAFFIC SHOPPERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT THIS TIME.
  4. NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE EVENT DURING THE HOURS OF 12:00 NOON UNTIL 4:00 P.M. “NO EXCEPTIONS”.
  5. THE VENDOR GATE WILL RE-OPEN FROM 4:00 P.M. UNTIL 10:00 P.M. FOR VENDORS TO ENTER AND SET UP. GATE PASSES MUST BE ADHERED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.

SATURDAY

  1. THE VENDOR GATE WILL OPEN AT 5:00 A.M. UNTIL 8:00 A.M.
  3. FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 4:00 P.M. THE VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED. NO VENDOR ENTRY ALLOWED. PUBLIC FOOT TRAFFIC SHOPPERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT THIS TIME.
  4. NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE EVENT DURING THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 4:00 P.M. “NO EXCEPTIONS”.
  5. THE VENDOR GATE WILL RE-OPEN FROM 4:00 P.M. UNTIL 10:00 P.M. FOR VENDORS TO ENTER AND SET UP.

SUNDAY

  1. THE VENDOR GATE WILL OPEN AT 5:00 A.M. UNTIL 8:00 A.M.
  3. THE VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 12:00 NOON. NO VENDOR ENTRY ALLOWED. PUBLIC FOOT TRAFFIC SHOPPERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT THIS TIME.
  4. NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THROUGH THE EVENT DURING THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 12:00 NOON “NO EXCEPTIONS”
  5. AT 12:00 NOON ALL EXIT GATES WILL OPEN TO ALLOW VENDORS TO LEAVE THE SWAP MEET.

NO DOGS ALLOWED EXCEPT SERVICE DOGS IN THE SWAP MEET. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDING!

Companion Dogs do not fit the criteria for service dogs and have not gone thru any training and therefore are not allowed under the Service Dog exception. 

BIG 3 SWAP MEET FEES-FREE FOR SHOPPERS BUT THERE IS A $10 PARKING CHARGE FOR EACH CAR CHARGED AND COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO STADIUM AUTHORITY

HANDICAPPED SINGLE PERSON CONVEYANCES ARE OKAY BUT NO GOLF CARTS OR SCOOTERS ARE ALLOWED

Big 3 Car Corral Spaces will be $40.00 per space for the 2018 Meet

 

The 52nd annual antique and collector car parts exchange and swap meet will be held at Qualcomm (old Jack Murphy) Stadium on the weekend of February 23th, 24th & 25th,  2018. The BIG 3 Auto Swap is held annually and has grown to be the largest old car event held in the San Diego area. This auto swap attracts participants from all over the country. This entire event is totally operated by volunteers.
